Upright

Flat on her back on the rug in full dramatic belly-up collapse, toys planted around her like battle banners, dawn breaking on her theatrical defeat. It is over, and the performance is part of the grief. Let the dawn in.

Reversed

Getting up, slowly, in front of an audience of nobody. The banners can stay where they fell.
