Upright
Bolt upright at three in the morning beside a sleeping human, staring wide-eyed at absolutely nothing in the dark corner, fur bristling. The fear is enormous and the corner is empty. Wake someone or wait for light.
Reversed
Dawn, and the corner is a laundry basket. Be gentle about the hours you lost to it.
Nine of Claws, painted three times
All three decks run the same seventy-eight cards, so this one has two siblings: the same card, painted for a different world.
